Broken Cricket Bat
In creating Broken Cricket Bat, I drew inspiration from the quiet intensity of summer cricket — the crack of willow, dry grass underfoot, and warm evening air settling over the pitch.
We wanted to create a fragrance that captured the texture of the game itself: polished wood, worn leather, earthy depth and the calm confidence of tradition reimagined.
The scent opens with the fresh warmth of cardamom, aromatic and gently spiced, like the first lift of heat from sun-soaked wood. As it develops, blue cypress and cedarwood bring a clean, woody freshness, evoking the layered grain of a cricket bat.
The base settles into patchouli, sandalwood and oud, adding richness, warmth and depth — grounded, distinctive and unmistakably confident.
