A note for orders outside the UK: European shipping costs above cover delivery only — depending on your country, your order may be subject to local import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee, which is collected by the courier on delivery rather than included at checkout. For US and Canadian orders, our 50ml bottles are priced to include the cost of shipping — orders over £100.00 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. Samples ship for £30.00. Please be aware that US Customs may collect import duty and local tax when your parcel arrives; these charges vary by state and order value and are determined by the customs authority, not by us.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery times above begin once your order has been dispatched, and international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs processing delays outside our control.

Do you offer international perfume delivery?
Yes — we ship Broken Cricket Bat and Peppery Amber to the UK, Ireland, a range of European destinations including Germany, and to the USA and Canada.
Do you ship perfume to the USA and Canada?
Yes — North America shipping is £30.00, or free on orders over £100.00 (our 50ml bottles qualify automatically), taking 7–12 business days via DHL International Economy.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
For European orders, possibly — these charges are collected by the courier on delivery and set by your local customs authority, not by us. For orders to the USA and Canada, US Customs may collect import duty and local tax at delivery. Since the United States withdrew its duty-free allowance for low-value parcels in August 2025, every parcel entering the US is assessed for duty regardless of value. The amount depends on your state and the declared order value.
How are perfume bottles packaged for shipping?
Every bottle, whether a 1.5ml sample or a full 50ml Eau de Parfum, is cushioned and boxed to travel safely.
