We ship from the UK to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, to Ireland and a range of European destinations, to selected international destinations, and to the USA and Canada. Delivery costs and timeframes vary by destination — full details below. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Local import duty, VAT or customs handling fees may be collected on delivery and are not included in this shipping charge.

A note for orders outside the UK: European and other international shipping costs above cover delivery only — depending on your country, your order may be subject to local import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee, which is collected by the courier on delivery rather than included at checkout. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by us. North America is the exception: orders to the United States and Canada are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so import duty, import tax and customs clearance are paid by us and included in the shipping cost. Orders over £100.00 ship free automatically at checkout, and US orders for a 50ml bottle are priced to qualify. Samples ship for £30.00.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery times above begin once your order has been dispatched, and international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs processing delays outside our control.

Do you offer international perfume delivery?
Yes — we ship Broken Cricket Bat and Peppery Amber to the UK, Ireland, a range of European destinations including Germany, and to the USA and Canada.
Do you ship perfume to the USA and Canada?
Yes — North America shipping is £30.00, or free on orders over £100.00 (US orders for a 50ml bottle qualify automatically), taking 7–12 business days via DHL International Economy.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
For European orders, possibly — these charges are collected by the courier on delivery and set by your local customs authority, not by us. For orders to the USA and Canada, no — we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so import duty, import tax and clearance are already covered by the shipping cost. Since the United States withdrew its duty-free allowance for low-value parcels in August 2025, every parcel entering the US is assessed for duty regardless of value — we cover that charge rather than passing it on to you.
How are perfume bottles packaged for shipping?
Every bottle, whether a 1.5ml sample or a full 50ml Eau de Parfum, is cushioned and boxed to travel safely.
