North America is the exception: the £15.00 shipping cost includes duty and local taxes, so there are no unexpected fees on arrival.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery times above begin once your order has been dispatched, and international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs processing delays outside our control.

Do you offer international perfume delivery?
Yes — we ship Broken Cricket Bat and Peppery Amber to the UK, Ireland, a range of European destinations including Germany, and to the USA and Canada.
Do you ship perfume to the USA and Canada?
Yes — North America shipping is £15.00, taking 7–11 working days, with duty and local taxes already included in that cost so there are no surprise fees on arrival.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
For European orders, possibly — these charges are collected by the courier on delivery and set by your local customs authority, not by us. For North America, duty and local taxes are already included in the £15.00 shipping cost.
How are perfume bottles packaged for shipping?
Every bottle, whether a 1.5ml sample or a full 50ml Eau de Parfum, is cushioned and boxed to travel safely.
