At Signature Smithen, we aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday within two working days. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

UK Orders

Free delivery on orders over £50; £8 for orders under £50.
Delivered via fully tracked
Delivery to Highlands & Islands may take longer.
We are not responsible for deliveries to third-party addresses (e.g. hotels or freight forwarders).

International Orders (Non-EU)

Shipped at a flat rate based on the number of units.
We deliver to most regions including North/Central/South America, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Shipping availability confirmed at checkout.
We do not currently ship to Russia.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of used or opened items.
Damaged items on arrival will be replaced.
Return shipping is at your cost; we recommend using a tracked, insured service.
We are not responsible for returns until they reach us.

Returns are processed within 7 days. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.
